From Fort Myers Airport
- Turn left onto Ben Hill Griffin Pky/Treeline Ave S. Continue to follow Ben Hill Griffin Pky.
- Turn right onto Alico Rd.
- Take the ramp toward I-75/Naples/Tampa. Merge onto I-75 S via the exit on the left toward Naples.
- Take the CR-886 exit, EXIT 105, toward Golden Gate/Naples.
- Turn right onto Golden Gate Pky.
- Turn left onto Livingston Rd.
- Turn left onto Briarwood Blvd.
From Miami International Airport
- going south on N Le Jeune Rd/NW 42nd Ave/SR-953 S. Take the ramp toward SR-836 W.
- Turn slight right onto NW 12th St Dr. Merge onto SR-836 W.
- Take the NW 72nd Ave exit toward SR-826/Palmetto Expwy/Milam Dairy Rd. Merge onto SR-826 N via the exit on the left toward SR-826 N/Palmetto Expwy.
- Merge onto I-75 N toward Naples. Keep left to take I-75 N toward Alligator Alley/Naples (Portions toll).
- Take the CR-886/Golden Gate Parkway exit, EXIT 105, toward Golden Gate/Naples.
- Turn left onto Golden Gate Pky.
- Turn left onto Livingston Rd.
- Turn left onto Briarwood Blvd.
From Fort Lauderdale Airport
- Going west on Terminal Dr. Take the ramp toward I-595 W/Florida's Turnpike/I-95/US-1/Ft Lauderdale/Port Everglades/Dania Beach.
