Enter into the formal dining area which seats 8 and is open to an adjoining parlor area with seating for two to read or just relax with access to the lanai/pool area through French doors; then step into a full kitchen with large island that accommodates seating for 4 and dinette that also seats 4, which continues to flow into the family room with high ceilings, 55" flat screen TV, DVD player, and music center with two sets of French door that open to the lanai/pool area. We have a king size bed and large flat screen TV in the Master bedroom with access to the lanai/pool area through sliding glass doors and an ensuite bathroom with his and her vanity, walk in shower and garden bathtub; across the home is a second Master bedroom with a king size bed , large flat screen TV, an adjoining ensuite bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo that is also accessible from the lanai/pool; a queen size bed in the third bedroom and two twin beds in the fourth bedroom share the third bathroom. The laundry room has a washer and dryer as well as all the items you need to keep your clothes looking great. The lanai/pool area is furnished with two lounges, seating for 6 around the patio table, which is under cover, and a grill for BBQ. Our pool has in pool seating and is solar heated, too!
The lake can be viewed from almost every room from the home and pool, yet the manicured shrubs along the side of the home provide privacy at the pool.
Our Guests can also use the private tennis courts, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, playground and communal pools of the Briarwood Community.
